Mark at Rapid GB has been working with me on a project for my GTS-R. This ha involved a full engine rebuild with forged Rods and Pistons, Comp Cam (mild) and all the right supporting bits. I have also had a 3" Di Fillipo exhaust headers and sports cats and an uprated clutch. Oh yes and a whipple 2.3litre twin screw blower !

At 9PSI it ran out of fuel pump/injector capacity at 530fwhp/ 44orwhp with at least 1500rpm still to go. I now have a 12psi pulley and a new fuel pump on order and am hoping for around 600fwhp/500rwhp. Watch this space!

Oh yes I also had new suspension bushes fitted in the front and adjustable anti-rollbars fitted front and rear. This is a really nice modification. Much improved body control and steering precision but no decrease in ride quality. I am really pleased with the handling bpost this modification.

Thats fantastic news. I like the idea of 3" headers - where did you get them from?

I "think" he means dual 3" exhaust, with 3" collectors. Im sure primaries will be 1-3/4 or 1-7/8.
I think Mark said he is now a reseller of Difillipo's, but Im sure he will confirm.

Really pleased you are happy with the running in set up on the GTS-R, always a pleasure to work on these very special cars (we have one as our demo).More to come in the next week with dyno graphs for final set up.

We are also at the final stages of completing a 402 LS2 with a intercooled 3.3 Whippel Blower and Rapid Fuel System complete with a newly designed 3" stainless steel exhaust system as developed by Rapid GB for any Supercharger systems. This set up will make a good 650+bhp at the wheels, more detail to follow next week on this 402 project...

We have put a basic video of the new exhaust sound on to You tube...a detailed vid to follow soon....and the price is awsome.http://uk.youtube.com/rapidgb

[QUOTE=VooDoo;2982333]Here are some preliminary sheets. Few things to note. NO its not finished yet, we have more work to go. The tune is just a base atm as we find and fix a few more issues.

Run details.
All runs done in 3rd gear (auto)
Tyres 235/40/18's @ 40psi
Intake temps (taken in manifold) 33c at start of run, 37c at end
Boost drop over intercooler 1.7psi
STOCK airbox used with air filter in place. Temp sensor in airbox.

Issues to resolve
Vacuum leaks.
Speed limiter stuck on 209k's and cuts out the car at 5700rpm (well before the rev limiter) HPTuners OS may be currupt.
New O-rings on injectors required (boost leak around injectors)
Stock diff gears ..eeww smile
Over the radiator carbon fibre ducting scrapped, Cast aluminium ones ordered.
Increase boost above 8psi
The blower is only really coming into its efficiency curve at 8psi. (rated for 8-20psi) So we need more boost to really take advantage of it.
Airbox is a restriction. Looking at some solutions but nothing finalised yet.

Car is a LOT of fun to drive, easily smokes the tyres as long as your game to put your foot into it. Throttle responce isnt bad but still needs work (vacuum leaks dont help here) Oh, and the sound....very droolworthy.
