Yeah thats the figure quoted by an ex-employee whos been on here and said so himself...
God knows if its foreal or not, I never believe the chassis numbers to genuinly reflect the numbers made, sources in the past disclosed 1400 odd... of which there are probably around 4-500 left on the roads of which 2-300 are probably running of which 200 are regularly used of which 10 odd are now running different engines....
my maths is shite so take the above with a pinch of scrotum

Why not? Do you think that there are significantly more chassis than cars? (Obviously a few more chassis due to rebuilds and there can't be more cars than chassis...)God knows if its foreal or not, I never believe the chassis numbers to genuinly reflect the numbers made...

in 96 to mid 97 we were producing 5 a week, then in 97 we up to 7 as we got faster at producing the cars then from late 97 to 99/2000 we kept upping production 8,10 and then to 12 a week.then as we ate into the order book (remembering cerbera had an 18 month waiting list, which made them very exclusive, and if we had kept that waiting list, but thats another story)production was cut and we started putting together malaysian chims and eventually finished up doing 7 cerbera and 7 chim per week.production on the cerbera line was then halted and everyone was dispersed through out the main production line and a handful of cerbs where then produced on the new line in the main production area up until then end boss'cerbera and the last cerbera was signed off by yours truly on the 14 february 2006,end of cerbera 1996 total cars made.
