Well here it is. 1994 Yamaha 600 Diversion. A touch under 18,000 miles. £575.00!

Insurance? TPFT with Devitts - £120. Fully comp with Devitts - £100!!

OK, it's no thing of beauty - but at least I'm on two wheels now.

No tax yet!!

Been and bought a couple of bits and pieces at Hein Gericke today though...

It's SORNed as well, so I'm not daring to risk it, especially in my line of work!

Great bikes, if a little 'worthy'.

I've had 2 - my first one was sold with around 80k miles on it - cost me peanuts to run.

The 2nd one was a 'phase II' facelift version and was nowhere near as good a bike. I didn't keep that one long.

Ah yes, the old XJ600 revised for the 90s biggrin

Not a bad machine as I recall; seem to think it was one of the few mid-range non-plastic-fantastic-sports bikes around at the time.

Just keep it between the white lines and you'll be fine... thumbup

Good first bike, looks like its been well looked after.

You need to hurry and get it on the road before the 5hitty weather spoils your fun.

Not sure how old the tyres are but if the bike has been sorned for a while might be worth getting them changed regardless of tread wear.
