MCC Smart Elecrical Fault?

Hi Guys, (sorry if this is the wrong topic/thread)
Looking for some help with my MCC Smart - Recently, out of the blue, while on the motorway, traveling at 70mph. I put the indicator on to move lanes and the radio cut out for a brief moment. Then flashing to let some one out the radio cut out once more. It doesn't happen every time but does only happen when traveling at speed. Can anyone shed some light? Does anyone know if this is a problem unique to smart or something that requires a tweak of a screw drive or loads of money on a rebuild of some sort?
