Iv got one but I wont be much use to you Im afraid as I havent done anything with it since the original map. Im due to get a remap to get it tweaked which will involve me driving and someone who knows what they are doing sitting in the passenger seat with a laptop, playing with the settings.
I can advise that the company were great to deal with - v professional and delivered as they said they would. They sent me various senders and guages in case I needed them and said to return them for credit if not used. They also recommended a chap for the loom who was first class (I can let you have his details if you want) - Paul Dove - who did a first class job and produced a very nice loom in very good time
there are others on here who run them so stick around...
Might be worth popping along to the Growl this weekend to suss this out (as a Chim owner we wont charge you to get it
)
cheers
Graham

Speak to Matt (above) re mapping on the fly.Mine's being fitted monday (after the growl) as I didn't want to risk it over running into this weekend. Also fitting coilpacks & getting rid of the AFM. I'll keep you posted(!)

grifdude it would be great if you could let me know how it goes.are you removing the afm totaly if so how and what do you replace it with and vwhat dif does it make.cheers jay.
You replace the restrictive AFM with a bit of 3" pipe, the Emerald uses the throttle position sensor to make an approximation of engine load this is how most aftermarket ECU's do it and it works well.with the emerald fitted to GriffDude's car I'd expect him to make at least the factory figures of 280 ponies unless he's popping a cam in then mabye a bit more
