leaving, or just changing?
Possibly selling to fund an itch I've had for years. Would still have two Tivs left in the stable and scratching the itch will add another of the non road-legal variety. My concern is if I go down the selling route and regret the sale, I would never be able to replace with something I know has been so well looked after....

Suspect that's one reason that people keep them.Daftlad said:

What you bought John? Tuscan racer?
Nothing yet James...but if thats the way I go (possibility), something needs to go and the Sagaris would become redundant so makes sense......sort of.Maxx-Waxx said:

If it were a road car, I could be tempted by a Porsche, but it would have to be an exotic GT2 variant. If the lout is sold it would be to make way for a pure race car of the TVR variety.
Of the 4 for sale there are no privately owned cars, in fact, they are all in one showroom! It is probably an excellent time to sell in that there are very few cars and its a good time of the year, however, they are equally good reasons NOT to sell
I've regretted a couple of car sales over the years but there always seems to be something else that comes along and puts the smile back on your face!

The names Simpson, not Parker
. Can't afford to run a T400R.
The car I run will be a proper TVR so thats the V8 Saga thing out of the question.
Either a Tuscan Race Car to run in Class B of the Dunlop Tuscan Challenge or a well sorted M Series car (looking at an Ex-works lightweight race car at the moment)to run in class C. Silver lining with the M is I would probably keep the Saga Lout.
Much as I would love to buy a front running Class A car, I cant see the point and I belive I would fall into the "all the gear no idea" class as I have no race expereince.

Daft - maybe i've missed a trick here but what do you intend to do with the racer? are you a regular racer?
For over 25 years I've been doing Track Days. Got my competion licence in 1986 and started hillclimbing, but, despite many threats, never had the balls to go circuit racing. Now getting to the point if I dont do it now, I'll be too old.
Shorter version - yes I intend to go racing..
