Brake Fluid - Beginner's Question!!

I've noticed from reading the owner handbook that the correct brake fluid for a Chim is SAE J1703. I've been to several places to try and buy this stuff but no luck. Has it been phased out and replaced with something else? If so, what should I use?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

The better fluid is the dot 5.1 which is better with the heat that TVRs tend to get up to.
