I was wondering if there are any options here I am missing?

LS2 manifolds
Spectrum 5 with cats and mufflers in stainless
Factory with cats and mufflers in mild steel

Has anybody found any other off the shelf headers that fit?

I just got a set of headers for my LS7 from Jeff Schwartz. They are great looking and the price is reasonable. I don't know if he has some for other LS flavors.

I'm waiting for some headers and back system from Jeff. I've waited ages but I think his tooling is now complete so hopefully you wont have the same delay

Gardner Douglas also sell

I would not bother with the stock headers from the Corvette as very restrictive

I used stock Vette manifolds and cats running into a single exhaust.... its a temporary setup until I do headers. The car was dyno'd with the manifolds and cats....

Sound here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COZYdldOPgs

Will have some more vid soon.... last week I had a film crew around doing some filming for a reality show promo.... cant tell all the details but the winner gets to drive a works rally car for a year!! He's giving me the raw footage of me and a 355 Ferrari racing around the streets....... some of the driveby bits sound great.

Scott,
What are you thinking of doing with the tab that sticks out on the block on the passengers side? I have the same exact setup as you. There is only a 1/16" of an inch between the block and the hot collector and I was thinking of cutting that tab off.

Me too. Thought I would ask Jeff, but I don't see a problem with grinding it down/off. I wonder what goes there in the Z06?
