Hey guys and gals.

I was wondering if anyone has decided to remove a link from their straps them selves?

i have not tried but i would like to remove one link. i was wondering if it is as simple as just unscrewing the screw and remove the link. Last time i had the shop do it for me but i thought i would ask the PH team to see if its easy.

Thanks in advance.

Jordan.

Morning,

Most Breitling bracelets are adjusted by having links unscrewed and removed. Which model do you have, which bracelet is it? It is very straightforward to remove links with the correct size watchmakers screwdrivers.

Hope this helps.

hey thanks,

Its an Aeromarine Superocean bracelet. It looks straight forward to do. I just wanted to check to see if anyone has done it before and whether they recomend i do it or take it to the shop.

I take it you found it easy.

cheers, jordan.

Yes, I found it easy to do. Takes a percision screwdriver, a bowl for all bits and a lot more links taken apart than you'd think... But an easy job.

All went well. Very easy, only took about 3 mins. It was a little fiddly but makes a big defference. smile
