Is the Caravanette the modern camper, or are you looking for a bay/split screen campers of 60's / 70's?

We are needing the early style bay or slit screen, a converted van would also be OK, providing it is early model.

After a quick search I have found the above, they all seem to do bay window eamples but its just a matter of finding one locally!

Alternatively I'm not sure if you would find anything @ www.volksworld.com

Maybe worth trying someone like type 3 detectives (based in Burwell) they may know of local rental companies.... www.typethreedetectives.com/

Split Screen Campers in good condition do go for serious money! Have you got pictures etc? I think the more windows they have the more money they go for, I think the 23 window models are the rarest, I don't know what sort of money they go for!

Yeah they always have a good range in. They currently have a FOrd GT outside and a Citreon Xsara ex Rally car. Aswell as the Vw and an old Jag D type i think.
