The fuel consumption on my 4.0 Chim seems to have worsened. I have adjusted the CO trim on the AFM without any problem, but also wanted to adjust the throttle pot. I remember doing this on my last Chim easily, but I cant find the sodding thing (or at least, I cant find the right wires).

Is the throttle pot the round plastic thing fitted to the narrow bit of the plenum? If so, on the RPI website:

www.rpiv8.com/carbs-2.htm#setting-up

...it says I'm looking for 3 wires - a red, green, yellow). Mine doesn’t have these (from memory it has brown, green and blue). Am I looking at the wrong thing?

Thanks in advance guys...

Did a bit more investigation - it was the green and blue wires. Now adjusted and car running even better!
