Attaching new window seal

Replacing my driver's side window seal on the weekend and wondering what to use to attach it. I imagine it's just glued on?

Use either good old evo-stik or clear silicone sealant, just be careful of minimising any excess. The silicone sealant is easier to clean off the bodywork.

I used a black silicon "extra strength" sealant in a small tube bought from halfrauds. It seams to have worked so far and the black sealant fills any gaps ok without looking opaque/grey. As above, you need to be careful not to bosh too much on or you will be wiping it off the bodywork and you also need to ensure that both surfaces are very clean - especially if there is wax between the seal and door from polishing.
