Removing Wing mirror glass? T350?

How easy is this?

Does the glass pull directly off or is there something you need to do to release it?

It just pulls off, the glass is on a plastic backing with a circular clip in the midle. It's off a VW Corrado if it breaks.

Ah ive got a new glass piece. I just dont wanna pull and pull and end up braking something?
