OK what cunning methods do you use to get oil from the container into the Diff ? Previously I have used oils that come in a squeezy container with a tube attached. The Millers Diff oil doesn’t.

Aha, thought it would be something like that. Thanks for the replies Think I will have a go at modifying the bottle lid to take the pipe in place of the funnel.

I have a big syringe!!! Seriously!

Draper - http://www.drapertools.com/b2c/b2citmdsp.pgm?pp_sk...
and
Sealey - http://www.sealey.co.uk/PLPageBuilder.asp?gotonode...

both sell a 1/2 litre syringe with a plastic tube on the end, done in minutes. I've used both and the draper ones tend to leak past the piston after a while, the sealey one though is excellent. Might be worth a search on ebay?

Just looked £7.97 on ebay plus post I guess!

I got mine from my local car shop for about a fiver. The handy thing is you can put a measured amount in a jug on the floor and then just suck it straight up and into the gearbox etc. Don't use 'em on petrol though nono

I'll definately be investing in one of those thingies. When I think how I struggled changing my gearbox oil with a 1 litre squeezy bottle.
