what is the best available upgrade for air induction and where are they available? running an 56 monaro vxr

This is the 'newest' one from a recent thread. I know this thread was based on an 05 CV8, but I think the set up is similar on a 6ltr VXR.

Seems to work nicely on mine but is more noticable on s/c variants.
