Just bought the above, how do you do way points/Itinerary, cant find a itinerary button in the menu?

Hi Steve,

Touch the screen to bring up the Menu. Touch the arrow to go to Main Menu 2 of 3. Then hit "Itinerary Planning", then hit "Add" to input your waypoints.

Alternatively, if you have MS Autoroute you can plan the itinerary on autoroute then convert it to itn format for TomTom (free utility required) then save the Itinerary on your TomTom.

Thanks Colin, that’s where I thought the Itinerary button should be, but its not? Also the option to add more menu options is not in the Preferences menu.

Took it back to the shop and they could not find it either so I exchanged it for a version 2 (with free carry case ). Found it straight away.

The shop seems to think the v3 has a new software (7. something)and TomTom has not updated the manuals/navigation software on there web page (and apparently forgot to add an itinerary button )
