Where do I find the VIN number for a Tuscan Mk1

Hi,

Where is the VIN plate located on a Tuscan Mk1? I need to check the VIN number on my owners manual against the number on the car. Is it in the engine bay like most cars. I've read somewhere that it might be in the boot. Is it hard to locate?
