Hello to all.
Hi im new here & have had my 390se no a D reg for about 12 years got it when i was 21 & sarted to restore it there wasn't much wrong with it but was just being abit fussy.
Got all the body done interior & dash all done now the bad bit had motor bike accident witch put me out of work for 2 years & the garage door shut & then got married kids house BLAH BLAH BLAH now garage is opening im going to finish what i stared will get some pics soon.

Welcome to the mad house, there are a few people on here with a 390 with much experience between them all.
So any issues post up here and you will get several replies to pick and choose from ranging from take it too a dealer to the part number you require is 1215467

Yep , I'm a 390 owner , this one is quite a loud one , lets see a few pics then !Well I don't have a 390SE but a 400SE, but the same thing happend to me, car in bits, there a few live crisis'es and it all got put on hold for 5 years, but went to BBWF in 2006, and it got me back on track, and got me working the the Tiv, I manged to get most things done and got it to BBWF 2007. and rocking ham. but was running hot.
I think the rad was blocked as when I took it off and back flushed it, it started to leak when under pressure, so currently fitting a Giff Ali rad.
The bigest problem I had was that the clutch was stuck to the fly wheel, and that was a major pain.
Have a read of what happening in your garage, for details.
Still lots of small things to sort out.

P.S. For those whom are new to Wedgedom, driving the car with the rear folding section of the roof up is known as "having the mullet up", Also known a "being a knob" by some. Look it up the the Oxford English Dictionary: it'll be there, honest Guvnah...
