Hi there,

Thought it easier to start a new thread as there have not been any pictures of this event posted yet.

Nearly didn't go today, only got back from holiday yesterday and the weather looked dicey to say the least. Glad I went in the end, only hit some rain on the M1 about 10 miles from home.

Quite a low turnout due to the weather forecast but still some superb cars on show.

Lets start with these two stunning Panteras. I have seen the maroon one before but the orange one just blew me away.

There were a couple of Countach Anniversaries on display. Spoiler or not, you choose.

Mystic bought along his gorgeous Murcielago, certainly drew the crowds.

Team Modena bought along there Gallardo British GT car. The plan was to unload the car and display it on the gravel outside the hall. However the car has such little ground clearance that they were unable to back it off the truck as the gravel was quite deep (see how the flatbed has dug in in the picture). In the end they put it back on the flatbed and back on the truck.

Good looking Fiat Rally Car

Nice Replica Integrale Rally Car

Stunning F40, nice to see it displayed this way.

Quite like this colour on the Quattroporte

This was a rare car, early Maserati prototype and apparently one of only 13 in the world. This car is huge.

Always nice to see a 360 Challenge Stradale, especially one with such a good numberplate. I did not believe it was the actual plate until I had a look at the tax disc and it is indeed genuine.

This 599 was a late arrival, again quite a nice plate on this one.

I am a big fan of the Alfa Romeo SZ and know I can always bank on seeing one or two at these sort of events.

Finally todays event saw the UK debut of the new Fiat 500. There were two left hand drive examples on display. This is a great little car and should definitely give the BMW Mini a run for its money. Very cute.

Hope you like pictures.

Regards

Tim
