Lucky, what state of tune is the lump in your Ultima? It really does look like your standing still in 3rd gear (obviously no offence meant ) Also what camera setup you using

I assure you I wasn't standing still.....it's just Adrians car has that part of the race in the bag (OK so I missed a gear on the spat with Adrian - but I wouldn't have been much faster)

Camera set up? I use the old 'Dad, can I borrow your camcorder?' set up. (mount from www.motorsportcameras.com). And yes - I always make the school boy error of showing too much dash, which affects the metering on the rest of the frame.

Tis a 497bhp 383ci SBC with 425ftlbs.

The car is 1050kg which is considerably heavier than Adrians.

Hhhmmm, nope. I bet it's heavier than your car. Noble stated they'd got 20kgs off the 3R weight (1070kg), but it turned out this was because they weighed it without the optional aircon, which everyone got anyway (apart from one car that went to the Middle East ).

Adrian has lighter than standard wheels, but we're only talking a few KG's. The Roush exhaust is a little lighter, again only a little.

I'd punt at 1060kg minimum.

Take that up with the man himself I'm just going on what I saw him write down on paper!!

To be quite honest mine is an estimate of Factory specified weight plus my trimmings, sound deadening and AV stuff.

Anyhow.....I fink we all agree on the power difference!!
