Anyone want a touring car style race?
Regulations.
Max PI <750
Max BHP <299
Front mounted engines
2.5L or less
Seat four people
Post 95 construction
Stock bonnet; ANY body kit; Forza wing
All handling uprgades
Race Slicks
FWD or RWD; no AWD
No engine/drivetrain swap
No Forced induction on production normally aspirated engines
No modification to prodution turbo's or supercharger's if fitted as standard

I would love to join, iv already raced in a small touring car league with much the same set of rules. The racing was incredibly close even with different car ratings. I can take part as long as the races are of a decent length( i found 5 laps wasnt enough to regain the places i lose on the grid driving a high rpm fwd integra)
I would recommend adding a weight limit to 2500 with increased weight for rwd. This should help avoid any one car dominating.

Touring cars implements a MINIMUM weight limit doesn't it for this very reason? That would probably be a good idea to stop people using the weight reduction kits

Fair enough - but I'd have thought a bhp and PI ceiling still left enough scope for individuality, and whether to spend the PI points on tuning as opposed to just increasing power etc.
yes, but he mentioned full chassis upgrades, no engine swaps, power limit etc etc...throw in a weight limit as well, and it'll only suit one car with specific mods..
