That's what happens when a desireable car gets a glowing write up in EVO! More buyers come into the market and prices rise....

At least you tried Andy - can I add you on my list of 'willing bods' for any possible 'next time'?

Also, don't despair on the 'pushing' front - it's only a matter of time before the Diablo starts to head the same way as the Miura and Countach, probably not much further than the launch of the 2009 Prossimo

Sixes are sweet, sorted and rare. Best of the Diablos IMO. The only thing to worry about as always, is history.

It's always funny when a dealer is punting a car and forgets that the owner's own ad is likely to surface as well during an internet search. biggrin

what wrong with that...dealer has to allow for overheads, interest on the money laid out, customers px,prepping the car and any other expenditure that may arise until its sold...not my idea of lucrative profit....judging by some of the cars owned on this forum it would seem that some contributors seem to be enjoying better returns

Does anyone else not think that £85K was very cheap to start with? Im surprised the owner let it go for that,

the original owner isnt worried if its "Duff" ! lets say they Garage got it a fraction cheaper (Did he even know he sold to a garage ??)
Its the Garage reputation that is the extra cost. Maybe they had to or might have to spend a bit??
