SPECS Trial M42

I have noticed in the last 2 days that camera masts are appearing on every slip road on the M42 between at least J4 and J6. At the moment these masts are in their lowered position.

It looks as though the SPECS trial is going ahead very soon.

Has anyone seen these new masts on other sections of the M42 ?

My normal experiance of the M42 is sub 60.

I think they are going to make it a 50mph limit in peak periods.
