been looking at tyres,i noticed 'road legal track day tyres'.what is the difference with theese and normal road tyres ?just curious to know why they are double the price of a normal set.cheers

softer compound, normally have a cut slick style tread pattern, also part of the higher cost is the fact they will sell less so the tooling overheads will be more.

Look at Pirelli Rossa Corsas or Toyo R888 as they have sizes for Tuscans. You would need to stiffen your suspension on the track to get the best out of the increased grip, and you will be putting other suspension compenents under greater strain.
