Did CBT a few months ago and got my Direct Access next week.

I was wondering if it was worth trying to get out for more experience on a 125 for the day this weekend, if the bike school will hire me one? Or am I better off just waiting for the days next week?

If you're doing DAS, save your money for an extra day on a big bike if you need it.

if you were going for experience you should have brought a 125 after your CBT. changing bikes is the easy bit, its the road experience you need really.
i did two weeks on a 125 between CBT & test, i honestly think i wouldnt have passed without doing so. i was so much happier riding in traffic due to the experience on the 125.

I did no CBT having never sat on a bike before, then borrowed a CG for the weekend
before doing my DAS, personally I think it helped so I would recommend it.

I borrowed a 125 when doing my test.

Did practice u-turns etc and found it a great help.
