Star Internet have done a good job for projects we've implemented in the past. Alternatively, you could try something like Zen's SDSL 2000 service - Zen seem to have a good reputation.

If you want to cast your net a bit wider, have a look at the list of providers here. Some are home only but there are quite a few business providers who may be able to help.
