Anyone does wet photo processing anymore?

My wedding photos which are on colour negs were processed (enlarged) recently digitally through a professional scanner by a professional photographer(the same one who was my wedding photographer 6 years ago) and the quality sucks TBH.
Is there anyone out there who still processes wet photo developping and who can get the best out of the colour negs on an enlarged photo? ( this professional is happy to lend me the colour negs).
Your help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply but I am looking for a professional who can do wet processing.I wouldn't know what to do with your enlarger...
