Chimaera Hardtop?

[Paul M]

Its probably a question that has been asked and pondered a few times before and its really out of curiosity that I ask - Has there ever been an after market hard top developed for the Chimaera?

Yes, but dropped due to lack of demand... Everybody wanted one - but no one wanted to pay for it or didnt like perspex / flattish rear.

I can’t remember the company name but I got in contact with them and they said over 600 people showed interest but only a handful ordered them.

Shame nobody else has made one. A complete carbon fibre jobbie would be nice.

The fact that it was more ugly than I am didnt help.

agreed

i expressed an interested however the finished article was cr@p... all we wanted was a hardtop that looked just the same as the softop with a glass rear screen... lets face it the brief wasn't that complex!
