Talk about cobwebs in exhausts when not used for a few weeks, thought I would take the Tam out of hibernation and pick the wife up from work as I was stopped at lights sun shining on dash could see a large spiders webb glinting across the dials.
Quick look could not see the lodger anywhere parked up to wait for the wife looked up at roof and there it was christ it was a big un.
Grabbed it and put it a flower bed outside her office felt sorry for it as it had a 22 mile walk back home.

Funny, I had the same with my Tam although only after a couple of days not driving it. Personally, I prefer the spiders at each corner ;-)

Spider in Tam, how about a mouse that had set up home in the bottom of the air box, gods knows how he (or she) made the jump from the ground to the air intake pipe.
Only found out when i took the car out and when going around a right hand bend horrendous noise of things rattling. This was the mouses stash of peanuts that the thieving little git had been stealing from the supply I use to feed the birds and fell back downthe air intake pipe.
I only knew it was in the air filter by the pieces of aluminium foil that was on the garage floor that it has eaten to build its nest.
Never found the little sod, he could not have been sucked into the engine as he was on the air filter side.

My wing mirror spider hasn't been seen for a while.
I think he may have stayed in France to avoid all the damp.SHIFTY said:
