Hi, My garage is now awaiting a new arrival following the sale of my 360. I have pretty much decided on a 05/06 430F1 Spider, Red,crema ,red, sub 5k miles. All of a sudden loads are for sale (!), and I am in no rush. Where will prices be in November ? With current interest rates, markets etc. and a lack of city boy interest (bonuses ?), what will I be able to get one for ? Having rang around some of the lower priced ones at the moment, none have sold. Some people will not be in a position to hang on indefinitely, and the trade will be full of stock. How far south will we end up ?
Also.... can you retro fit a challenge rear grill/bumper ?

bargains to be had I'd say.

Choose a car with big spec and I think you might get a decent deal.

I have seen various cars with great spec for 15-20k less than Decembers pricing.

I think you'll see around 105kish for low spec early many owner cars soon but remember since 1999 a V8 Fezza basic spec car has risen over 30k.

spider prices always dip after summer, don't panic ! you can retro fit challenge grill but whole new rear bumper is needed at about £5k to change . worth it, you decide

What does this comment mean? That 105k is a good price or that they'll drop a lot further?

Also what defines a poor spec versus a good spec?

My view is just as a previous buyer of V8 models and cannot mean anything other than that, however I think they will not drop below 100k was my point and that they are now 134k for a basic car which is +30k more than in 99 for a 355

Well a standard car with no options is clearly a poorer spec than saty the one I just bought but still a wonderful car none the less.
