Luggage Cover

The luggage cover on my Sag' doesnt automatically pull back in when released.

Does anyone know how to fix, also had a quick look on how to remove the luggage cover, but couldnt tell how the whole unit came out of the car, does anyone know how to remove

Here we go though




If you are lucky you will find signatures of the person who made your cover
(you also might find a couple of broken 6mm drills,a pop rivet, a few washers and plenty of glassfibre bits)
