What a muppet!

According to a guy on Ferrarichat.com (where i found this link):

This site is Arnie Webb's (Caterham owner) and the video was taken at Le mans a while ago, The driver was from the UK and had hired the (french?) 355 for the Le Mans trip, he'd never driven an F-Car before, not that that's any excuse!!!!

Apparantly the 355 just kept going! Didn't stop or come back...

Those cheap cars don't have traction control... well to be fair they don't need it, and herein lies some of my respect for that chap. ANYONE who manages to get a 355 to wheelspin deserves some respect. Okay, he negates it all by hitting another car, but its part of the learning curve for some people.

Notice: Respect does not apply if it was extremely slippery or his tyres were shagged. Even I've managed to wheelspin it before in (extremely) wet conditions.

You're not trying hard enough ninja...

The guy in the clip is a knob jockey, if only for not stopping and leaving his details. These cars do step out if you get enough weight on the loud pedal.

Stand still, put the clutch in, rev up to 6k-7k, let the clutch out. And that's how you make a souffle.

But be ready to catch the slide. Tip - mine also seems to veer off the to the same side (left) as his did...I guess there must be something in the drivetrain doing this.

Even works on new Bridgestone S01s (which are, so far, nice tyres but haven't tried them in the wet yet).
