Replacement Fuel Regulator
Discussion
The principle of the rising rate regulators is that they make the engine run richer the more you open the throttle. Unfortunately, more fuel doesn't always mean more power. Once you have got the optimum amount of fuel, adding any more takes power away. So if your engine is running lean under power, this sort of bodgery might fix the symptoms. If not, ...
It's also important to use a reliable brand of regulator which provides consistent pressure. Allegedly, some of these aftermarket rising rate regulators have a reputation for going soft over time.

Hi Oscar,
The rising rate regulator is really only for the old flapper systems - not really suitable for any Griff's..
I have fitted the adjustable regulator but it's really only an option if you thing the existing regulator is :
i) Shagged
ii) You want an adjustable reg for power upgrades (more that 43 psi..) without changing injectors.
It gives no more power or benefits .. other than above.
YHM.
