The bible talks of additional fuses attached to the ECU loom, electric morror fuse for example. Looking at the loom there's nothing that looks like fuses. What should I be looking for?

On the big lump of wiring, bundled in the passenger footwell, with the ECU on the end are a couple of fuses and a relay in my Griff Bob.

The only extension to the fusebox I know of is the aux relay panel under the dash? There are normally spare locations in the fusebox for fuses ~ but if they did run out of fuse holders either adding a few to the ecu loom or under the glove holder would be logical places I guess.

Are you suggesting we shouldn't believe every word printed in the Bible? You heretic! - they'll burning you on the stake hehe

Actually it's Steve Heath bow that drove me to this question. I bought a set of glow fuses from him at the Rock but after swapping all the fuses on the panel I was left with a slack handful of homeless fuses. Quick check of the bible and I learned that there are additional on the loom, just not on my loom.

There are as std two fuses & two relays on the Lucus ecu loom (fuel & main) do you think these are what he was referring to?

I saw these fuses at Rockingham. Am I missing the point here, surely if a fuse has blown you know about it as the circuit attached to that fuse don't work. I fail to see how a light telling you the fuse has blown is useful or helpful !!!!!!

Sometimes it isn't obvious which one has gone or where it is. They flash with the ignition on so make it more obvious. A good cheap mod I think.

Valid comment !!!

Flip flop Grif - has your griff changed colour or have you changed it? don't you own the starmist ocean haze jobby? FWIW my Chim was a Honk Kong supplied car sent out in SMOH too - must have been a matching pair. I only found this out when i ordered some paint from the paint code & noticed it varied slightly to Jaguar Ice Blue! Original SMOH Looks good, not quite sure why mine was changed when retruned to the UK.

Mine is the ocean haze BV, Mrs FFG owns the flip flop 500. Confusing I know - should update my profile really.
