Hi, happily recieved my new 4.6 BV engine from V8 Developments, sat in the garage. I have just had a look at the new clutch provided with it, and noticed that it is different from my old one. The old one had a different release bearing and is 3mm lower to the fingers.

My car is a pre cat, with Rover gearbox, possibly I have been delivered a clutch for the T5. Anybody know if there is a difference and I need to exchange? Or any other info appreciated.

Obviously V8D will know, and obviously they're the best people to ask.

Yes I can understand your frustration, but unfortunately these things do happen. Best to make sure before closing it up though.
