My car wouldnt start, the only light working on the car was the oil light, I had to start it with the jump start socket under the front passenger side wing - it was stone dead. I phoned Auto Electrics in Sanderstead, Surrey and I booked the car in for the following day. When I took the car to them I had to explain how to take the bonnet off, how to open the doors, where the battery was, where the fuses where etc. I wished them good luck and went on my way. Later that day Auto Electrics phoned and advised me the car was all done, everything on the car is working perfectly. The car needed a new battery, fuses had somehow fell out and bulbs had blown for reasons only Auto Electrics know, total bill was £170.00 including the battery and other sundry parts - So if you dont want to be shistered by a main dealer take it to Auto Electrics.
