Front anti roll bar mounts

Is it possible to get at the lower mounting bolts without removing the radiator ? Or is it possible to unbolt the rad fixings and lift it up slightly to get at them. I want to replace the rather sad looking original bushes with Neoprene ones. Someone must have done this job recently.

I managed it, but the front wheels were off at the time.
