PH Server Upgrades - Don't Panic

To cope with the continual growth of the site and the rising numbers of problems associated with the servers due to this growth, we at PistonHeads have decided to upgrade the hamsters. This will unfortunately mean some downtime for PistonHeads, but we will try to keep this to a minimum.

The PistonHeads site will be down for maintenance from 23:30 on 30th August till 04:00 the next day while we play with cables and power sockets in our new hamster enclosure. The change should take 2 hours in reality, so you night owls may get some service during that time.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this will cause people, but I hope you support us in feeling it is necessary to move PistonHeads on to bigger, brighter and faster things.
