time to change jobs?

Been thinking about it for a bit and posted up my cv on a couple of the job sites with a pretty good response. Had a few interviews but not finding the stuff I am really after.

Looking for strategic stuff in pre-paid, start-ups or mobile. I am head of sales at the moment but just a bit bored!

Anyone know any decent recruitment people who I should get in touch with to widen the net?

I work for CPW (property side...know nothing about phones) and we get quite lengthy e mails every evening advertising all the vacancies in the various companies in the Plc. I can e mail you the latest one of you like as imbedded in it there is a link to the companies internal vacancies site.
