Re-Producing Diablo Carbon Fibre Parts

As a new hobby (and possibly as a future business sideline) I've decided to try my hand at making a few parts for my Diablo in Carbon Fibre. So far I've managed to mould several sets of the Diablo wiper spoilers in carbon fibre with the mould taken directly from my own spoilers. After a month of mistakes, frustration, countless pieces of wasted carbon fibre ... plus a bit of internet research i've finally got the hang of making them and finished the mouldings are pretty much spot on (search ebay .... hint, hint ... if anyone wants a new set )

The question however is this - I've just created a mould of my Lamborghini badge (the one on the bonnet / front bumper). I intend to replicate it in carbon fibre for my own car, but i'm worried what implications copying a badge and re-selling it would entail if I decided to re-sell. On the one hand I'm guessing the bull is a Lamborghini trade mark and can't be replicated, then on the other I'm thinking of all the car boot sales / autojumbles I've been too with stands dedicated to replica badges.

I'm therefore stuck as to where I would stand - If someone in the legal profession reads this could you please advise on the law relating to re-selling a badge that would be basically a copy of the original item (although produced in a different way and using different materials).

i could do with a new outer wiper carbon blade, are they as good as factory parts?
not sure why you would want a carbon bonnet badge though?
i could think of more interesting parts to produce, rear light surrounds, external door handle or interior parts like console top and dash, though the latter are available from sp in the states.

I'm still learning, but yes, the spoilers do look spot on. They are also made from a wider weave carbon cloth that the originals so the visual appearance looks much better. The underside / outer ends of the spoilers are also pretty much smooth as I used a peel ply, whereas the Lambo items look pretty rough in those areas.

I know the badge is not very exciting, but i'm treating that part as more of a challenge / learning curve at the moment (it's made in a different way to the spoilers). The door handles are one of the next parts on my list but the mould looks like it could be tricky to make as the handles are pretty deep.

As for other parts - The rear light clusters, lower seat side panels, centre console, map light, door sills, gear gate surround etc. all are on my future list !
