Far as I know, next one is likely to be some time in October. There may be a waiting list though!! smile

Would like to get on the list some time soon to give the E55 a good run and see what we can achieve.

Someone told me that with prior arrangement someone could lift the restrictor is that correct guys ??

I think there are a few specialists who can remove it - DMS is one name that springs to mind. VMAX is not just about straight line hammering, that vast expanse of tarmac is great fun for trying out some new cornering attitudes (E55=side window wink) hehe

Any word on the noise limits and if there will be a 'noisy day' at any point?

Getting fed up not beign able to come any more cos the Aero is too loud.

Have to get the 7 supercharged and go chasing the 4 up record instead......

Just had a text from Craig.

He's away from his PC for a while, but still trying to secure an October date for VMAX.

I'm hoping it will fit in with the 8' being ready and not clashing with the half term holiday to Spain.

I'd be quite interested to see just how fast a chipped, de-restricted, de-catted, M5-diffed V12 can gallop smile

The exhaust system is off at the mo and Michael said that the engine was sat with these stubby little pipes stuck out just crying out to be started hehe

So he did ... sounded something like a Le Mans pit lane he reckoned biggrin

I'd love to get to grips with the extremities of its handling. Those 275s on the back take some unsticking by all accounts.

I share your pain.

Much much less power, but redicuously overtyred for itself, the 328 struggles to 'just unstick' itself (although it seemed to do alright for itself scratchchin )

I have since learnt in the last couple of weeks, that the scandinavian flick works rather well biggrin
