Just been checking out this weekends racing at Donington and noticed it's a MSVR meet with lots of classic touring car action - got very excited as you can imagine when I saw the line up! so thought it should be shared

PLUS:
It's a free concessions event for the DPRAC members that frequent these threads.

Just take a look at these gallerys if you still need convincing - http://www.classictouringcars.com/pages/photos.asp

Plus Lotus on Track (2 races on the Sunday) with a full grid for one of the best contested series in motor racing. Weather looks like being ok as well. Lots of Lotus owner support for LOT race so plenty of Elises/Exiges to look at with infield parking at Redgate.

I'm racing the E30 Touring in the Pre '93 Touring Cars and also the Production BMW Championship on Saturday. Should be a great weekend's racing. May also have some spare tickets if anyone's interested?

£20 is a bit steep for sunday on the gate , donningtons new owners know how to charge !

Totally agree....a few Lotus owners purchased via club but at £16 for members I still think it is expensive. First LOT round at Brands was £10 on the gate i.e. half of the Donington price.

The DPRAC really is a no brainer for anyone going to Donington for more than one club meet a year, and thats without mentioning the end of year trackday that was £5 last year. driving
I should be there Sunday, don't know which car I'll be in yet as I think the other half and little one are coming too. rotate
