German Bavarian Motor Bike Route

I've been looking at the German tourist routes and found the official Motor Bike route from Munich towards Basel.

Has anyone driven this route in a car and would it be any good for a group of TVRs?

I was only going to go as far as Friedenrichshafen via Fussen before turning towards Chur and then taking the Susten pass over to Brienz.
