how much work involved in fitting this kit?
something i wouldnt mind doing if not to complex.
can i get some definate awnsers as am quite keen on bidding on this kit.

Andy - it's not so much the effort to get it to fit..

This works as an air pump - pushing in more air than the engine would normally breath in.

So - the engine needs more room for this .. so the compression ratio needs to be lowered a bit for this and the 390 SE will 'probably' have a CR that is too high.

Next - more air means you now need more fuel .. so a re-map will be needed or you might as well change to a new ECU (around £1000 for that..).

So - although it will bolt on - that is just the start.

Design and maufacture support brackets for charger £200
New transformation between charger and throttle body £100
New air flow meter mounting bracket £50
Various samco hoses £50
Crankshaft puley £
Belt tensioner ??????
Variable fuel pressure regulator £
Adjustable ECU £
Fit thicker head gaskets ????
Modify throttle linkage

Yes it seemed a good idea to me when i started modifying a 350 that i have, its nearly finished and will try to post some pics in future
