Ive had the same problem.I want to order a brake light switch
Don't bother; I too bought a brake light switch from Clevor Trevor (which came the next day - v.pleased with service) so I took the old one off ready to put the new one on the when it came.Hmm, to say that this is the most complicated piece of electrical engineering... er, no. I opened the plastic casing with a precision tool (kitchen knife) bent the brass conectors by a mm or so, clipped back together, had brake lights back and a new switch from Clevor Trevor the next day.
I'm a cheque book owner, so any moron can do this (as I did), you may lose a bit of skin from your knuckles (like blood brother bonding with the car) but that's it - I had the right hump that mine was off the road for 48 hours for a 4 minute job.
If you're switch is completely knackered,(it won't be) email me and I'll mail you my new switch - if I can find it.
Who needs brake lights anyway, everyone's so far behind.
