I sent a photo I took the other night of a nearby ruin (10 mins walk away) to the local newspaper (Aberdeen Evening Express - daily readership about 100,000), and they've published it as "Picture of the Day" biggrin

I can only assume there wasn't a lot of other contenders for today wink

Good work! Great feeling seeing your photo in print isn't it!

I had two sets of photos published earlier this year, very proud moment as I'm not exactly an expert photog!

Nice photo btw!

Nice work John! I got my first one published on the front cover of Speedsport (hillclimb members mag). It does feel good smile

Gareth,

I've bought a canvas print from Tim before - came out superb - highly recommended.

Cheers

It's a fantastic feeling. thumbup

I was fortunate enough to have one of my photos published in a book last year. On a personal level I wasn't entirely happy with it and if I'd given it more thought there are things I would have done differently, but it captured everything the author's wanted. smile
