Increasing Idle revs on Sagaris
Discussion
Mine is running a bit low I think...
at the moment
550 - 600 when cold
700 - 750 when hot
I'd like to increase this to...
700 - 750 when cold
900 - 950 when hot
Are the proposed temps about right?
Should this job be done when hot or cold?
Does anyone have a picture showing exactly which screw controls all the throttle bodies?
Many Thanks
Lee

Lee,
Try this;
Engine Idle; Centre of air box under the fuel rail the lower grub screw of the two is the idle screw with a locknut on it, gently push against the spring to see the increase in idle revs. Firstly clean the airbox, pipes and throttle bodies as this can effect cold idle; Also make sure the aircon and heater fans are off before cold starting;
With engine stopped and cold loosen 8mm locknut and turn the grub screw anti-clockwise about a quarter turn, start engine and check idle rpm, set clockwise to 650-750 cold, this should be about 750-850rpm when hot, tighten locknut. I always switch the aircon off and heater fans before i stop the engine.
No photos on this one yet.
Hope this helps
