World Series By Renault Sept 8-9

Alrighty chaps

Ive just been speaking with Cooky and we're planning on going to the Renault World Series, which begins next Saturday. We thought we would put the word out and see if we could organise a bit of a PH day out of it??

Our intentions are to take beer and various other items with us, hopefully including a tent, and to have ourselves a bit of a mini Le Mans

Mind you, i'm only going for the social side, meet a few PH'ers and the camping & drinking crack. The actual Renault World Series event itself is a bit crap. There are a few good bits of Renault Heritage type things, and the F1 stuff, but the overwhelming impression of the event is that of the Clio boys with their neons & zorsts and JJB uniforms.

I can echo the sentiments there mate

The only reason why Im going is because Cooky invited me, I would like to get some good pack racing shots on the new DSLR and the drinking, camping and meeting more phers aswell as catching up with some of the phers Ive met before, sounds most intriguing
