Fuel Tank Leak

I have an 'L' plate car which has developed a fuel tank leak.
The boot inner floor is wet, and there is petrol dripping under the car (seems to be coming from 3 30mm dia (ish) holes under the tank right behind the passenger door).
Anyone had this before? surely it cant be the fuel outlet pipe as there is petrol in the boot.
Please help before the sun goes completely for the year!!
