Fanbelt went!

Crap, had a full service last month as well!

Anyway, I was driving home looked down one minute at the temp gauge it was fine, next minute it's in the red! Pulled over straight away and switched off the engine, little bit of steam from the overflow but hasn't lost much water at all. What was left of the belt was sitting on top of the exhaust.

I'm going to replace the belt tommorow so hopefully everything should be ok....

Fingers crossed that the alternator or water pump weren't the cause of the failure.
